The first video we are watching in class is a strange, slightly absurd series of sounds paired with text. The video apparently has something to do with this class. the video is a series of almost words being yelled and chanted at various speeds. None of these re actual words, but they sound like they could be. It seems that the video is based on a poem written about 100 years ago. It was a piece from the dada movement. Dada was an early 20th century art movement that emphasized meaningless-ness.
